Description

A vigorous subject of nursery imported from Japan in plastic culture pot of: Ø 220*150 mm high. Height of the tree only: - about 300/350 mm. Tanima no yuki variety is valued in Japan for the beauty of its fine and short needles that are softly wite toned on the sides from spring to the end of July. Graft of quality in general very low and discreet. Ø of trunk + - 20/30 mm.


Anecdotally, this variety is very old and had been forgotten in Europe, and Guy Maillot brought it back from Japan in 1992, and shared it with his European colleagues who t then propagated it and made this variety famous again. A splendid variety, with its white needles, its name "Tamina no yuki" means "the snowy valley".
