Description

Resulting from the hybridization of the species sieboldianum and a seedling of palmatum this hybrid brings a very strong resistance to cold. 

Originally from The famous Iseli nursery in the USA in Oregon. 

Brown foliage when the buds burst, turning green in summer, then dark green and orange-red, scarlet red in autumn. 

Large leaf more than 10 cm wide cut into 7 toothed lobes. Apart from its spectacular foliage in autumn, the North wind has visible samaras in summer with a beautiful decorative effect. Vigorous, it will find its place isolated on lawns. Fast growing, annual growth usually reaches 60 cm. Variety protected under license multiplication prohibited. ®
